Some collectors have very specific interests and would never buy a certificate without knowing what the business the represented company was in. I like to do research however, and will therefor buy, or pull from large lots, certificates even when I don't have a clue about the company or its industry. As long as the price is right and the certificate is from Massachusetts, I'll save it. That means I usually have at least 1 box of un-researched stuff laying around.
