Toilet Paper Supply Company. Apparently, based on the certificates vignette, this company made a device for public restrooms which would require visitors to pay for toilet paper. And although I don't have any information on this company, I suspect all such devices would have been returned damaged beyond repair long before they paid for themselves.
Stock. Issued in 1892. Maine. #133. Truly a rare and interesting certificate.
