Lowell Horse Rail Road Company. Incorporated in 1863, it was Lowell's first horse drawn street car when completed in 1864. Merged with the "Lowell & Dracut Street Railway" in 1891 to become "The Lowell & Suburban Street Railway Company".
Stock. Issued in 1866. #47. Would be better if some philatelic scavanger hadn't removed the revenue stamp.
